Q. Do you offer free shipping?


Yes!  We aim to keep our shipping rates as low as possible to ensure that you receive the best Clean and Pure products at the best price.

This means that we offer free shipping on all of our small orders of lip balms and accessories, sent untracked with Australia Post.  We do offer a registered post option at checkout for added peace of mind on our small orders.

For all other larger orders including Skin Nutrition and soap bars, we send tracked with Australia Post.

For international orders we offer both standard and express options with Australia Post.

We are proudly stocked in hundreds of retail stores throughout Australia and internationally!

Q. How long will delivery take?

Your purchases are sent via Australia Post.  Please note at this time there may be delays with receiving your goods.  

Please refer to Australia Post’s website https://auspost.com.au/about-us/news-media/important-updates/coronavirus for their message on potential delivery delays.  

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support, and we also thank you for your patience if your purchase is taking longer than expected.

Our lip balms and skincare are manufactured in Western Australia and are sent from WA.  If you are on the east coast please allow for an extra couple of days for delivery.  We also have Express Post options if you would like to receive your goods sooner.

Because of our low postage rates we send your goods via Australia Post untracked mail.  If you would like to track your purchase you can buy Registered Mail from our Shop for added peace of mind.

Q. How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?



Clean & Pure have a secure website which is protected with SSL Certification.

All your data is secured privately according to the Privacy Act and your details will never be given to a third party.

Q. Do I receive a receipt for my order?



Upon completion of your purchase you will be sent a confirmation email with your receipt and payment details.
