Q. What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

A. We aim to keep our postage rates as low as possible to ensure that you receive the best lip balms at the best rates!

Our postage is calculated on weigh-based shipping methods.

All orders under 70g is only $1 flat rate shipping Australia wide.  This means you can purchase our full range of lip balms and pay only $1 shipping!  

For bulk orders – the weight based shipping increases to $5 up to 400g, and $10 for up to 2.6kg (which is a lot of soap!!).

The majority of orders received fall in our $1 postage bracket.  

Because we have such low postage rates – we post via Australia Post without tracking.

However if you would like your purchase tracked, you can buy Registered Post from our Shop for $4.50 which will provide you with online tracking of your order.

If ordering internationally, please email us at orders@cpskin.com.au where we can calculate shipping and send you an invoice for your purchase.

Q. Do you sell wholesale?

A. Absolutely!Please contact us at sales@cpskin.com.au and we will provide you with our full range of products and wholesale prices.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Alipay
  • WeChat Pay

All payments are in AUD.

Q. How long will delivery take?

A. If you finalise your order before 11.00am (AEST) we will post the same day.

Because of our low postage rates we send your goods via Australia Post untracked mail.

If you would like to track your purchase you can buy Registered Mail from our Shop for $4.50.

Q. How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

A. Yes.Clean & Pure have a secure website which is protected with SSL Certification.

All your data is secured privately according to the Privacy Act and your details will never be given to a third party.

Q. Do I receive a receipt for my order?

A. Yes.  Upon completion of your purchase you will be sent a confirmation email with your receipt and payment details.
