Q. What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

A. If you are ordering lip balms within Australia, the delivery rates are as follows (which are in line with Australia Post regulations):

1-5 balms = A$3.00 postage
6-10 balms = A$6.00 postage
11-15 balms = A$9.00 postage
16-25 balms = A$13.00 postage
26-66 balms = A$18.00 postage
66+ balms – Invoice will be issued

If ordering soap within Australia, the delivery rates are as follows:

If ordering in China, we offer FREE domestic delivery throughout China!

If ordering internationally, please click on the Calculate Shipping button in the Check Out section of Our website to calculate shipping costs to your address.

Q. Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

A. We accept PayPal and direct deposit, however PayPal is our preferred method of payment unless you are purchasing as a wholesaler, in which case an invoice will be issued prior to making payment

Q. How long will delivery take?/p>

A. If you finalise your order before 11.00am (AEST) we will post the same day.

− For domestic Australian orders you should receive your delivery in 2 – 5 working days

− For international (excluding China) you should receive your delivery in 5 – 14 working days

− For domestic Chinese orders (that is ordering within China for delivery in China) you will receive your delivery within 36 hours

Q. How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

A. We use trusted internet security company XXX in our online shop to protect your confidential details, your data and to maintain integrity within Our website.

Q. What exactly happens after ordering?

A. Once we receive your order and payment confirmation, we will issue you with an email confirmation and tax invoice (receipt).

Then, we select the products you ordered and seal them in the corresponding satchel (according to national and international postage regulations).

We have strict quality control when it comes to our products. Any product that will be touched by human hands for postage will be done so adhering to Clean & Pure’s Health and Safety policy which outlines use of protective gloves, face mask and hair net to ensure utmost safety to you.

Q. Do I receive an invoice for my order?

A. Yes. Once payment is finalised you will receive an email confirmation that contains your tax invoice (receipt).

For large quantities (66+ items) and wholesale transactions an invoice will be emailed to you for payment. After which you will receive an email confirmation of the transaction and tax invoice (receipt).
